Most importantly, I can’t deny the improvement in my skin. With over 5 different fruits, this smoothie makes it easy to incorporate fruit into my diet.

If you’re searching for a way to incorporate more leafy greens into your diet this is the easiest way. The presence of vegetables in some smoothie recipes is overpowering. Instead of using almond milk, which tends to give green smoothies a harsh taste, I use mango nectar to blend the smoothie and add flavor.

The delicious tang from the pineapple and the sweet combination of avocado, tropical fruit, and mango nectar create a tasty smoothie you’ll want to make again, and again! The different flavors work together seamlessly. Most importantly, your kids will love this drink too! They’ll have no idea this green smoothie is secretly healthy. My nephew wanted to taste test, and it is officially toddler-approved.

My favorite thing about this green smoothie is that you can’t taste the spinach. Plus, it’s packed with fruit and a whole cup of greens. In my experience the flavor profile of spinach is mild in comparison to kale. For that reason, I prefer to use baby spinach.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango, peaches, strawberries, and pineapple chunks
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup mango nectar

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients to the blender. Puree until the ingredients are combined. Blend for at least 1 minute or until there are no chunks remaining.
