My baking journey started with humble beginnings. With a few mixing bowls and a whisk, I could make the basics like brownies and quick bread. Though, I was still hungry for more.
Over the years I’ve learned many baking methods. There’s always a new technique or a growing trend, so I never get bored.
During my earliest baking experiences, I always wished that I could find all the answers to my baking questions in one place. Both baking and cooking have a language of their own. Unfamiliar terms like blind bake, fold and sift aren’t used in everyday conversions. These words can be a bit jarring to the inexperienced baker.
Inevitably this inspired me. Eventually, I launched my food blog, Effortless Home Baker, which highlights my passion for baking.
This blog focuses on simple solutions for home bakers. It gives bakers the foundation for improving their skills and getting better results. It’s the place where you can learn how to make everything run smoothly in the kitchen.
My mission is to empower bakers with tips, ideas, and step-by-step guides to make the process less daunting.
