Ingredients

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 ½ cups oat milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey optional

Instructions

  • Add the banana, peanut butter, oat milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the blender.
  • Blend for 1 minute.
  • Scrape down the sides and blend until smooth.
