Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 liquid measuring cup
  • measuring spoons
  • 1 silicone spatula

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup oat milk
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 banana

Instructions

  • Add the oat milk, allspice, honey, and frozen bananas to a blender. Turn off blender and use a silicone spatula to push down the bananas. Then blend. You'll need to repeat this process a few times. If there are remaining banana chunks add more oat milk and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass or travel tumbler. Drizzle salted carmel on top if desired.

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours.
